Aqua Fitness

AquaEasy Geared toward those with special health concerns

AquaCise Have fun in the pool with energizing music. Good for those who want to maintain their fitness level. Cardio, strength and flexibility are included

AquaFit A series of body strength, toning, aerobic movements and flexibility exercises

AquaMix Instructors choice of the day

AquaZumba Aqua workout that integrates Zumba Fitness with traditional aqua fitness moves.


Senior Fitness

SilverSneakers MSROM and SeniorFit Fun, energetic classes set to music designed to increase strength, range of motion, balance and coordination

CardioFit 30 minutes of continuous low impact choreography, followed by 15 minutes of strength and stretching exercises.

SeniorFit Yoga and Gentle Yoga Modified yoga positions and gentle stretching exercises designed to calm the body and mind using seated and standing poses- no floor work

Senior Strut A fun walking class with energetic music conducted on our main floor track. Light cardio intervals are mixed in with balance and strength exercises. Comfortable walking shoes are a must!

Fit&Fiesty Energetic music with simple choreographed routines with intervals of exercises using weights, resistance bands, etc.

Senior Cycle A Spinning class geared toward the older active adult. No street shoes please!
